About the role
Manage daily operations of the systematic trading platform, monitor markets and strategy performance, and make real-time decisions to manage risk and respond to changing conditions. Partner with developers, researchers, and technology teams to improve the platform, support business growth, and develop and execute trading playbooks for macro events. A bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or Business from a top institution is sought, along with prior electronic trading experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making, communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative; Linux experience and Python proficiency are assets.
