About the role
Identify trading opportunities, develop signals and models, analyze market behavior, and turn ideas into profitable live strategies. Work across trading and quantitative research, collaborating with traders, researchers, and engineers. Candidates need at least two years of relevant experience and a consistent record of profitable PnL in prediction markets, sports trading, sports betting, or another trading environment. They should demonstrate a clear, explainable trading edge, strong analytical instincts, disciplined risk management, and an interest in prediction markets; programming skills are advantageous but not essential for strong discretionary traders.
