Junior Quant Trader – Agricultural Commodities

About the role

Develop, backtest, and improve quantitative models and systematic trading strategies for agricultural commodity markets, using market data to identify opportunities and forecast prices, volatility, and fundamentals. Support traders with pricing and risk analysis, automate reporting and monitoring, and collaborate with commercial teams to turn quantitative insights into trading decisions. Candidates must reside in the Netherlands and hold a master's degree in a quantitative or other analytical field. They should have a strong interest in commodity markets and quantitative trading, experience with Python and data analysis, familiarity with SQL and large datasets, and strong analytical and communication skills; derivatives knowledge is an advantage.
