About the role
Analyze market, trading, and transaction data to identify opportunities, then develop and optimize trading strategies and products. Build tools and improve trading infrastructure, monitor performance, and take ownership of projects that directly affect P&L. Requires strong Python skills, typically supported by 1–3 years of coding experience, and excellent quantitative and analytical abilities; relevant experience is typically 1–3 years, though exceptional recent graduates with relevant internships are also considered. Candidates should have trading intuition, an interest in financial markets and algorithmic trading, and an owner mindset; crypto experience is beneficial but not required.
