Graduate Trader (2027 Incoming Graduate, Full-Time)

About the role

Monitor positions and executions on automated trading systems, assess system performance against market conditions, and manually trade when needed to reduce risk. Analyze post-trade performance and market behavior, communicate findings to the team, and help improve trading systems by tracking data and research issues and ensuring bugs are fixed and deployed. Applicants must be completing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a STEM-related field and graduate by August 2027. They should have a record of strategic gaming or comparable activities, demonstrated interest in trading, Python coding and data-set review experience, and strong focus, problem-solving, and communication skills.
