Digital Assets Trader

About the role

Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across centralized and decentralized digital asset markets, while monitoring live strategies and managing risk. Identify market inefficiencies and collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to improve execution, infrastructure, and overall strategy performance. Candidates need at least three years of professional trading experience and a proven record of generating PnL from strategies they personally built and managed in production. They should have CeFi and/or DeFi trading experience, strong knowledge of crypto market structure and execution, practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems, and quantitative, programming, and data-handling skills such as Python and SQL.
