About the role
Design and implement trading strategies, and build and maintain the core microservices and backend infrastructure that support the on-chain trading engine. Contribute across multiple codebases and collaborate with experienced traders and developers to improve systems and explore new areas of the DeFi ecosystem. Candidates should be proficient in at least one of Python, Rust, or Go, and be comfortable with Linux and Git. They should have quantitative and statistical analysis skills, understand high-frequency liquidity provision, blockchain and EVM fundamentals, and be familiar with smart contract development and Foundry.
