About the role
Execute trading strategies and monitor positions, coordinating with clearing and operations teams to reconcile trades and resolve position breaks. Maintain and improve production trading systems and desk processes, troubleshoot issues, and take ownership of team-wide projects. Candidates should have at least three years of trading experience, an interest in cryptocurrencies and exchanges, and comfort with Python and Linux or the ability to learn. The role also requires reliable availability, strong English communication, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
