About the role
Research and develop systematic trading strategies, improve existing alpha models, and collaborate with traders and engineers. Own strategies throughout the process, from research through production. Requires at least five years of experience in systematic or quantitative trading, a strong foundation in probability, statistics, and mathematical modeling, and proficiency in Python. A strong sense of ownership is expected; prior crypto experience is advantageous but not essential.
