About the role
Develop and support quantitative analytics, applications, and automation for QIS strategy management, monitoring, hedging, and product lifecycle workflows. Partner with Front Office and technology teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions, including applications using LLMs, agentic architectures, MCP, RAG, and machine learning. Requires at least five years of relevant experience, a degree in a quantitative discipline, strong production-quality Python and software engineering skills, and experience delivering analytics, automation, or AI solutions. Candidates should understand quantitative finance or Front Office workflows and have practical experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, or related enterprise AI frameworks.
