About the role
Provide hands-on onsite desktop and hardware support for corporate office and trading floor users, including configuring devices, managing accounts and access, and supporting conference room and collaboration technology. Automate recurring support tasks, improve support processes, and evaluate new tools for internal use. Candidates should have strong Windows 11 support experience, familiarity with workstation builds and encryption tools, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Exchange. The role also calls for knowledge of SCCM/MEMCM, PowerShell scripting (Python preferred), and strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; Intune, macOS, or Linux experience is desirable.
