About the role
Develop and support quantitative analytics, applications, and automation for the QIS business, including tools for strategy management, monitoring, hedging, and risk management. Partner with Front Office and technology teams to deliver production-grade AI-enabled solutions and industrialize QIS workflows across the product lifecycle. Requires at least five years of relevant experience, a degree in a quantitative discipline, strong production-quality Python and software engineering skills, and experience delivering analytics, automation, or AI solutions with business stakeholders. Candidates should understand quantitative finance or Front Office workflows and have practical experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, or related enterprise AI frameworks.
