About the role
You will sit directly with commercial trading teams to identify workflow problems and design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions from prototype to production. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between technical AI capabilities and business needs, ensuring traders and management can effectively utilize new tools. Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, AI, or data science with proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks. A quantitative degree in a field like computer science, math, or statistics is required, along with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
