About the role
Build and enhance Python-based research, analytics, and data platforms, partnering with traders and researchers to turn ideas into scalable production solutions. Develop tools and AI-driven workflows that improve data analysis, research efficiency, and trading decisions, while collaborating across a global trading organization. Requires 5–8+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python skills, production systems experience, quantitative problem-solving ability, and commercial awareness. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous but not essential.
