About the role
Operate and monitor automated, latency-sensitive trading systems; research strategy performance, back-test hypotheses, adjust parameters to market conditions, and trade manually when needed to reduce risk. Analyze system logs, executions, and market data to provide performance feedback, communicate relevant developments, and improve trading tools and workflows. A bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent is required, along with the ability to reason about complex distributed trading systems and strong analytical and quantitative skills. The role also calls for adaptability under pressure, initiative, ownership of projects, and proactive identification of opportunities; experience with prediction markets, systematic trading, event data, or blockchain/DeFi is advantageous.
