About the role
Monitor and support critical trading and transaction systems across the trade lifecycle, troubleshoot alerts and production incidents in real time, and manage scheduled changes and automated workflows. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to prevent outages, improve system stability, and drive automation. Applicants should have at least two years of experience in application, production, or front office support, along with Python and/or Bash scripting skills. They should also have SQL experience, solid Linux/Unix knowledge, strong problem-solving ability, and curiosity about markets and technology.
