About the role
Develop and support quantitative analytics, applications, and automation for the QIS business, including tools for strategy management, monitoring, hedging, and workflow industrialization. Partner with Front Office and global Quant, Trading, Structuring, Sales, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver production-grade AI-enabled solutions across the QIS product lifecycle. Requires at least five years of relevant experience, a degree in a quantitative discipline, production delivery experience, strong Python and software engineering skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Candidates should understand quantitative finance or Front Office workflows and have practical experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, or related enterprise AI frameworks and integrations.
