About the role
Develop and execute discretionary and systematic trading strategies across Continental European and UK power markets, focusing on forward and futures curve products within an allocated risk mandate. Analyze market fundamentals and related drivers, manage positions and risk, and collaborate with analysts, quants, and developers to identify opportunities and deliver commercial results. Requires significant experience trading European power markets, a proven record of results within a delegated mandate, and effective risk management. Candidates should understand power fundamentals and curve valuations, translate market views into profitable strategies, and bring strong analytical, numerical, commercial, and collaborative capabilities.
