About the role
Monitor and support critical trading and transaction systems across the trade lifecycle, troubleshoot alerts and production incidents, and manage scheduled changes and automated workflows. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to prevent outages, improve platform stability, and advance reliability. Requires at least two years of experience in application, production, or front office support, along with Python and/or Bash scripting. Candidates should have SQL experience, preferably with PostgreSQL or a similar database, solid Linux/Unix skills, strong problem-solving ability, and curiosity about markets and technology.
