About the role
Analyze trading and transaction data to generate insights, and build and improve algorithmic trading strategies and tools using Python. Collaborate with traders to optimize liquidity provision and execution, taking projects from initial idea through production. The role requires strong Python skills, with 1–3 years of experience gained through work, study, or personal projects, as well as excellent quantitative and analytical ability. Candidates should have a strong interest in trading, high-frequency trading, and crypto markets, along with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
