Staff Engineer-FBG-Trading IRE

About the role

Design, build, and improve scalable, secure, high-performance systems in an event-driven architecture, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, testing, and operational quality. Collaborate with Product, Quant, and Engineering teams to deliver stable applications, contribute to planning and code reviews, support production operations and on-call rotations, and share knowledge through mentorship. Requires at least eight years of experience building and deploying scalable applications, including eight or more years with C# and cloud platforms; Azure experience is a plus. Candidates should understand software design and testing principles, have experience with Domain-Driven Design and cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
