About the role
Found and lead a systematic power trading pod in European or US markets, owning its strategy, research agenda, risk, and P&L. Build and manage a team of researchers, developers, and junior traders while scaling the pod’s strategies and generating returns. Requires at least 7 years of European or US power trading experience and a verifiable record of independently managing a book, ideally with consistent risk-adjusted returns from systematic or quantitative strategies. Candidates should bring deep power-market and quantitative expertise, strong programming skills, disciplined risk management, and the ability to lead or build a team.
