About the role
Execute and optimize over-the-counter cryptocurrency trades across exchanges and liquidity providers while monitoring markets, applying trading strategies, and managing positions and risk. Coordinate with counterparties and internal teams, maintain accurate trade records, prepare performance and market reports, and support compliance with internal policies and regulations. Candidates should have hands-on OTC trading experience and deep knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and liquidity venues, along with experience developing, backtesting, and executing trading strategies. Strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience in institutional or professional digital asset or FX trading are expected; familiarity with trading tools, market data platforms, and basic programming or scripting is beneficial.
