Team Lead Engineer - Crypto

About the role

You will lead the engineering efforts for crypto spot and derivatives exchanges, including the architecture and development of high-performance matching engines and risk management systems. Additionally, you will maintain software quality, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot incidents to ensure a robust trading platform. Candidates must have at least 4 years of backend software development experience, specifically with high-throughput financial systems or crypto exchanges. A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required, along with proficiency in languages like Golang and experience with relational databases and containerization.
