High-Frequency Trading Operations Engineer

About the role

Monitor trading infrastructure, investigate incidents in real time, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. Serve as the operational contact for exchanges and brokers, track API changes, support safe production deployments, and use AI tools to improve monitoring and automate routine work. The role requires strong problem-solving, a calm and methodical approach under pressure, clear communication, and the ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues. Prior trading or financial-services experience is not required; familiarity with Linux, Python, SQL, relational databases, and basic networking is helpful but not essential.
