About the role
Participate in trading execution while analyzing execution performance, transaction costs, and liquidity across asset classes. Use trading and market data to develop analytical tools and identify improvements to execution strategies, algorithm selection and parameters, and trading workflows. Requires 1–3 years of relevant trading, electronic execution, or trading analytics experience and a bachelor's degree in a STEM, finance, economics, or related quantitative field. Candidates must have strong quantitative foundations, experience with large datasets and AI tools, knowledge of transaction cost analysis and electronic execution, and cash equity experience.
