About the role
Execute municipal bond trades, manage inventory and risk, and use market data and analytics to identify opportunities and improve execution outcomes. Develop systematic and electronic trading capabilities, enhance desk processes, support financial advisors, and guide other traders. A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a quantitative-related field and at least three years of financial services experience are required; capital markets experience is preferred. Candidates need expertise in analytics, trading strategies, and risk management, proficiency with trading systems including Bloomberg and electronic platforms, and SIE, Series 7, 52, and 66 licenses (or must obtain them within six months, depending on licensing windows).
