About the role
Participate in electronic execution and analyze trading performance, transaction costs, liquidity, market structure, brokers, venues, and trading algorithms. Build analytical tools using trading and market data to identify execution opportunities and improve strategies, algorithm selection, and workflows. Candidates should have 1–3 or more years of experience in trading, electronic execution, or trading analytics, along with a strong foundation in statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis. They should understand transaction cost analysis, execution measurement, liquidity, and transaction costs; have exposure to electronic execution and trading algorithms; and hold a quantitative degree or equivalent academic background.
