About the role
Provide 1st to 3rd line IT support for traders and engineers in a high-frequency trading environment. Manage the deployment of Windows and macOS devices and oversee AV and meeting room technology. Requires 3 to 6 years of IT support experience with strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and MDM tools like Jamf. Experience within trading or financial services is highly preferred.
