About the role
Establish and lead a systematic power trading pod in European or US markets, owning its strategy, research agenda, risk, and P&L. Build and manage a team of researchers, developers, and traders while scaling the pod using the firm’s capital and infrastructure. Requires at least seven years of European or US power trading experience and a verifiable track record independently managing a book with systematic or quantitatively driven strategies. Candidates should bring a scalable trading edge, strong quantitative and programming skills, deep power-market knowledge, disciplined risk management, and the ability to lead or build a team.
