About the role
Analyze and trade in Indian and/or US power markets, managing positions, risk, and P&L while complying with applicable regulations. Advise research and engineering teams on energy-market dynamics, translate domain knowledge into AI agent models and benchmarks, and provide market insights and KPIs to guide product improvement. Requires at least three years of hands-on trading experience in Indian and/or US power markets, including trade execution and management of positions, risk, and P&L. Candidates must have strong knowledge of power market structures and regulations, quantitative analytical skills, and the ability to communicate structured market insights to technical teams.
