About the role
Work closely with traders to resolve issues and serve as the escalation point for complex problems. Use Python to optimize and automate processes, and evaluate and recommend new technologies. Requires at least four years of application or production support experience in trading. Strong Python and Linux command-line knowledge are required; familiarity with configuration management tools is a plus.
