About the role

Evaluate AI-generated rates trading strategies for accuracy, risk management, and realism, and create representative tasks based on real trading scenarios. Analyze model performance, explain how strategies align with desk practices, and communicate actionable guidance and findings to project leads, technologists, and other stakeholders. Candidates should have current or former professional rates trading experience and practical knowledge of products such as swaps, swaptions, treasury futures, repo, and Eurodollar/SOFR. Strong understanding of rates market structure, trading operations, risk evaluation, and quantitative strategies is expected; algorithmic or systematic trading experience is highly valued but not required.
