Monitor and support critical trading and transaction systems across the trade lifecycle, troubleshoot alerts and production incidents in real time, and manage scheduled changes and automated workflows. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to prevent outages, improve platform stability, and advance reliability. Applicants should have at least two years of experience in application, production, or front office support, along with Python and/or Bash scripting skills. The role also requires SQL knowledge, such as PostgreSQL, solid Linux/Unix skills, strong problem-solving ability, and curiosity about markets and technology.
